What if I purchased the wrong traffic or static IP plan?

Traffic plans purchased by mistake

A purchased traffic plan cannot be exchanged for another traffic amount or proxy product. Unused or remaining traffic cannot be converted into a different traffic plan, static IP plan, or another proxy type.

Static IP plans purchased by mistake

A purchased static IP plan cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the IP has not been configured. Buying the wrong plan does not allow you to change its region, quantity, validity period, proxy type, or product.

Unavailable plan changes

• Returning or exchanging a purchased plan
• Upgrading or downgrading by paying or refunding a price difference
• Converting unused or remaining traffic into another plan or proxy product
• Changing the region, quantity, duration, proxy type, or product of a purchased static IP plan

If you need a different plan

1. Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account.
2. Review the product type, location, traffic or IP quantity, duration, and price.
3. Purchase the required plan as a new order.

The original plan remains on the account where it was purchased and can be used according to its original terms and validity period.

Order or service issues are handled separately

The following issues are not mistaken-plan exchanges. Contact official customer support so the affected order can be checked:

• Duplicate charges for the same order
• Payment completed but the plan was not delivered
• A confirmed service fault prevents the purchased service from working

Check before purchasing

• Account email or username
• Proxy product and plan type
• Country or region
• Traffic amount or static IP quantity
• Validity period and renewal requirements
• Order amount and payment details
