Renewal is available only for eligible static proxy IPs. If the Renew action is unavailable, first check the proxy type, remaining validity, IP status, and renewal order status.
Supported proxy types
- Static ISP Proxies: Renew eligible fixed IPs from the Static ISP management page.
- Static Residential Proxies: Renew eligible fixed residential IPs from the corresponding management page.
- Static Datacenter Proxies: Renew eligible fixed datacenter IPs from the corresponding management page.
Dynamic Residential Proxies do not use the static IP renewal process. If you need more traffic, purchase an available traffic package from the current product page.
Why might renewal be unavailable?
- The proxy type is not supported by the static proxy renewal function.
- The IP has expired or has 12 hours or less remaining.
- The IP is disabled, does not belong to the current account, or its source order cannot be verified.
- A renewal order for this IP is already awaiting payment or processing.
How to renew manually
- Sign in to your SolisProxy account.
- Open the management page for the relevant static proxy category.
- Select an eligible IP and click Renew. You can also select multiple eligible IPs for batch renewal.
- Choose a currently available renewal period and review the original expiry, new expiry, quantity, and amount.
- Choose a currently available payment method and complete payment.
- After payment succeeds, refresh the proxy list and confirm the new expiry time.
Available periods, prices, and payment methods are based on the current options shown on the renewal page.
What should I do if the expiry time is not updated after payment?
Refresh the proxy list and check whether the related renewal order is still awaiting payment or processing.
Do not create duplicate renewal orders while an existing order is still being processed.
