SolisProxy Wallet is the built-in account balance in SolisProxy. Users can view their balance, recharge the wallet, pay for supported service orders with the balance, and review recharge and wallet transaction records.
SolisProxy Wallet features
SolisProxy Wallet currently provides these functions:
- View the current wallet balance
- Recharge the wallet
- Pay for supported service orders with the balance
- Review recharge records
- Review wallet transaction records
Step 1: Open Wallet and view the balance
Sign in to your SolisProxy account and open Wallet from the account navigation. The Wallet page shows your current available balance.
The Wallet page provides three sections:
The available balance can be used for service orders that support wallet balance payment.
Step 2: Enter a recharge amount
Enter the amount on the Recharge page or use one of the quick amount buttons provided on the page.
Follow the amount range currently shown on the Wallet page.
After confirming the amount, click “Proceed to Payment.”
Step 3: Choose a recharge payment method
The payment window shows the recharge methods currently available:
- Cryptocurrency: Complete payment using the currency, network, amount, and receiving address shown on the payment page.
- Stripe: Use a credit or debit card and complete payment on the secure Stripe checkout page.
- International Alipay: Complete payment through Alipay Global, AlipayHK, or another option currently shown in the payment window.
The methods shown in the current payment window are the methods available for your recharge.
SolisProxy Wallet balance cannot be used to recharge the wallet itself.
After payment, the system processes the recharge order and updates the wallet balance. Do not submit the same order repeatedly while it is processing.
Step 4: Pay for an order with wallet balance
Choose a proxy service, complete its order configuration, and open the payment window.
If the order supports wallet balance payment and the current balance is sufficient, the SolisProxy Wallet option appears in the payment window.
Select wallet balance and confirm payment. The system deducts the corresponding amount and processes the order.
Availability depends on the order type, account type, and current balance. Follow the options shown in the payment window.
Step 5: Review recharge records
Open Wallet > Recharge Records to review the following details for each recharge order:
- Order number
- Recharge amount
- Payment method
- Payment status
- Payment time
- Failure or rejection reason, if available
Search for a specific recharge record by order number.
If payment is complete but the balance has not updated, check the recharge order status first. If it remains unchanged for an extended period, contact online support with the order number.
Step 6: Review wallet transaction records
Open Wallet > Wallet Transaction Records to review balance changes, including recharges, purchases, refunds, and other completed wallet transactions.
Each transaction record shows:
- Transaction number
- Transaction amount
- Transaction type
- Plan or order information
- Transaction time
- Balance after the transaction
Search for a specific record by transaction number.
