Add Sub-accounts as a Reseller

Resellers can create sub-accounts in the Account Center and allocate residential proxy traffic to them. When creating a sub-account, you only need to enter a remark; the login username is generated automatically.

Step 1: Open the Sub-account page

Sign in to your reseller account, then go to “Account Center → Proxy Settings → Sub-accounts.”

Step 2: Add a sub-account

On the Sub-account List page, select “Add Sub-account” in the upper-right corner.

Step 3: Enter a remark and create the account

Enter an optional remark to make the sub-account easier to identify and manage. You do not need to enter a username or login password.

• The username is generated automatically and is used as the sub-account login username.
• You do not need to enter a sub-account login password when creating the account. After your reseller status is activated, support will provide the relevant login information. Use the information provided by support.

After entering the remark, select “Create” to add the sub-account.

Step 4: Allocate residential proxy traffic

After the sub-account is created, select “Allocate Traffic” beside the target account, choose a traffic package, enter the quantity, and confirm the allocation.
